Privacy & GDPR

This policy describes the personal data MotionMate collects, how we use it, and your rights.

⚠ Draft document, currently under legal review. A final version will be published before going to production.

1. Data collected

Email, name, avatar, Google/YouTube OAuth identifiers (if you connect your account), Stripe payment information (handled by Stripe), conversation and order history.

2. Purposes

Authentication, matchmaking, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support. We do not sell your data. We do not run ad profiling.

3. Subprocessors

Supabase (DB & auth hosting, EU), Stripe (payments, Ireland/USA with SCCs), Resend (transactional email, USA with SCCs), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Vercel (app hosting).

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection. To exercise a right, contact us at the address below.
