MotionMate Terms

MotionMate connects creators (clients) and editors (providers) through a web platform. By creating an account you accept these terms.

1. Service

MotionMate provides a matchmaking platform, takes a 10% fee on successful transactions via Stripe Connect, and offers chat, quoting and delivery tools between both parties.

2. Account

You guarantee the accuracy of the information you provide, pick a single role (creator or editor) at signup, and are responsible for keeping your password secret.

3. Payments

Payments run through Stripe Connect. Funds are escrowed until delivery is approved. The platform fee is deducted automatically.

4. Liability

MotionMate is not a party to the service contract between creator and editor. Our role is limited to matchmaking and payment safekeeping.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
